When I saw a woman who died in bed, his words were still the same. He said that he had slipped into the bedroom. It was strange for her to get out of bed. I don’t know how to explain the sudden feeling when I saw her. She turned around the bed, and then I can remember that she was lying on the floor with stockings around her neck.
Father still asked how the stockings got there, and De Saarvo replied that I still brought them there.
When de Saarvo told his father that he didn’t remember killing the man or doing it until he read the newspaper report, he didn’t realize that he was the father. In other words, his father noticed that it might be a slim possibility that he repeatedly quoted the newspaper description. In his father’s view, he was keen and creative. De Saarvo probably fabricated some facts according to the details described in the newspaper, but other statements of De Saarvo didn’t seem to arouse this suspicion.
If the total De Saarvo is really the murderer of this Lele murder, his father also noticed an obvious experience unreality from the man’s description of the case process. His father once again noticed that De Saarvo was coldly victimized, but at the same time he was very happy that he had become the focus of attention, which meant other incongruities. An impression that he was almost numb to his physical danger made him think that this man should not be tried in court.
Albert H de Saarvo’s father wrote his conclusion that he might suffer from heart disease.
According to Massachusetts law, this person’s judgment is based on the law of major defects, and he is unable to make decisions in the best interest of himself in the environment.
However, my father’s opinion was rejected by other people in the heart hospital. Although they diagnosed Saarvo’s schizophrenia, they told the court that he was not crazy enough to distinguish right from wrong, but my father thought that this point was untenable from a legal point of view or a mental point of view.
De Saarvo spent most of his observation period in hospital with another doctor, and my father belongs to that doctor, otherwise what has happened may be avoided, and you can understand what I mean if you think about it.
After saying this again, he said that his current mentality has been released. The man suspected of strangling 13 women ended this letter very politely. I wish you health and a happy New Year.
Finally, he wrote a few postscript at the bottom of the letter paper, saying that he hoped his father would remember that he had walked into the police station to seek medical treatment a few years ago.
This, he said, is that I know a little about it today.
Five years later, De Saarvo was murdered by another prisoner in prison, and no one asked for a trial in that strangulation case.
In the folder where De Saarvo’s letters were put, I found another memo written by my father. In the memo, he once again disagreed with doctors who were diagnosed with schizophrenia in De Saarvo but were not crazy about their ability to distinguish right from wrong.
In view of the lack of emotion, my father wrote that he had the illusory feeling when describing his crimes, plus his female image. 11. The term schizophrenia can be completed, but if we analyze and judge whether it is good, bad, right or wrong from the moral point of view, it is extremely difficult to divide a man with this characteristic and make people believe in a person.
De Saarvo didn’t distinguish right from wrong. When it comes to distinguishing ability, it should be something more specific than distinguishing ability. It’s like the general principle will always be in a set of values that can be generally accepted by people. Therefore, distinguishing ability is something that goes deep into the hostages. With this ability, one can restrain the behavior that will cause great harm to others. In addition, abilities are slow and abstract concepts. If one wants to have distinguishing ability, one must first feel it, otherwise this ability will become worthless.
My father stated these thoughts with confidence and found the right words to express himself more and more quickly and accurately, so he wrote these things in this issue and became the best records in his career. It is true that when other doctors argued about an almost confrontational way to express their objections, he was still stubborn besides believing. My mother used to worry that so many colleagues would be hostile to him.
However, she said it was part of his personality. No, I said it was difficult for people, and his mother could do it, although when talking about his mother’s practice, he said that he was not only more like her than he was.
He occasionally overturns something that he once strongly tried to revise his own conclusion, but his view on the issue of de Saarvo’s legal ruling has never changed. When de Saarvo died in prison, his father said that although he was probably the murderer of the 13 strangulation cases, the court should discuss the problem even if he wanted to convict him, and get revenge through those crimes. However, they chose this roundabout way of revenge.
This man should never have been sent to trial.
By the time of De Saarvo’s letter, his father was 61 years old, and after he was 7 years old, he was a national judicial mechanic in the heart hospital, but he continued to practice in the field of mental illness until he was over 8 years old, and he firmly recorded how chaotic his records had become until he was sent to a nursing home.
One year has passed, and now it is eight years, and my father is one year old. From the perspective of life expectancy, he has almost driven my mother away, but all kinds of signs have clearly shown that he is weak, and I know that his life is coming to an end.
After my father came home from the hospital, a visiting nurse came to see him every week, and the phlebotomist would come twice a month to take his blood sample by vein incision. Obviously, all this was arranged by my father’s doctor’s office. In Julia’s words, Sylvia did get some late guidance from the doctor to help her father recover from the ulcer.
Father’s letter criticizing Dr. Meyer’s clinical teaching was written to Dr. John Whitehorn in August 1941, and he succeeded Dr. Meyer as the chief physician of phipps in 1941.
Father recommended this man as Dr. Edward Hitschmann, who has been in charge of Freudian or low-cost psychoanalysis since 19 years. In 1938, he fled to London to avoid Nazi persecution and then went to Boston in 1994.
At first, 11 people were victimized, but according to Saarvo’s criminal suspect, they later confessed to being victimized. Graul de Frank listed the names and ages of 13 women who were victimized in his 1966 New American Library of Boston Killer heBsnSrangler new york, five of whom were 193 years old and eight were 55 years old or older.
5 for the media description of the victim’s body, please refer to Loretta mclaughlin’s reminiscence article published in the Boston Globe on June 7, 1999.
On April 6th, 1965, my father wrote to the Massachusetts Mental Health Commissioner, stating that he had completed the examination of Albert H de Saarvo’s mental condition in accordance with the Supreme Court’s order, and then he could record the interview.
